John grew up around the building trades, where “good enough” was never the standard. As a third-generation builder, he learned early that craftsmanship is earned - through care, consistency, and pride in the details.
Over time, John paired hands-on experience with an engineering mindset, earning degrees from Michigan State and bringing that problem-solving approach to every job. The result is work that’s planned well, built safely, and finished clean.
Today, John Manners Construction serves Fenton and surrounding communities with one goal: make homes better in ways that last. Safety, quality, and integrity guide every decision - from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
